This Privacy Policy, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the Privacy Code) and the EU Regulation n. 679 of 27.4.2016 (hereinafter Reg. 679/2016 or GDPR) and of the relative application legislation and interpretative documents that regulate the subject of the processing of personal data, refers only to this website www.triplooo.it and not to other web platforms that can be connected to the same through links or references.

Data  collected and processed
The personal data that the Data Controller may come into possession of related to voluntary contact and interaction maneuvers by the user of this website and can be traced back to identification and contact data such as, for example, name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, profiles relating to web platforms, social networks, electronic messages, etc.
The acquisition of such data of the interested user is aimed at following up requests for interaction and responding to user requests.
For the collection of such data and any others contained in the contacts and interactions, the explicit consent of the interested party is not required.

Purpose of the treatment
Personal data acquired through this website will be used
to follow up on requests for contact and interaction by the User
to manage pre-contractual phases
as well as to manage tax obligations and to fulfill obligations established by current laws.

The personal data acquired through this website will be processed in electronic and paper form, according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency towards the interested party, pursuant to art. 5 of EU Reg. 679/2016, limiting their processing to the purposes specified here and minimizing their acquisition and storage, verifying their accuracy with their updating, if necessary.
The Data Controller based on the principle of "accountability" undertakes to adopt "adequate" technical and organizational measures in order to "guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk" of the processing as required by art. 32 of EU Reg. 679/2016).

The identification and contact data will be kept for at least three (3) years from the moment the data is received, unless otherwise specified by specific information.
